Ramen
- a popular Japanese dish prepared in a soup style and served with various toppings.

Sushi - famous within and outside the country, sushi is a tasty dish that contains rice, raw fish and vegetables.

Okonomiyaki - a Japanese style pancake that contains various ingredients. It is prepared depending on how you like to cook it. Okonomi translates as “what you like” or “what you want” whilst yaki stands for grilled or cook, thus cook whatever you want it.

Shabu-shabu - a Japanese variation of hot pot where the main ingredients are thin sliced of meat, tofu, vegetables and mushrooms. Shabu-Shabu literally means “swish-swish”, which refers to the whooshing action when you prepare its ingredients.

Awabi Sakami - a sweet cooked abalone that is truly mouthwatering, Awabi Sakami is a widely known dish among seafood lovers.

Wagashi - a tasty Japanese confectionery often served during tea ceremony in Japan. Wagashi comes in various types such as anmitsu (frozen jellylike cubes with fruit) and kuri kinton (a mouthwatering sweet food that is made of boiled and mashed chestnuts).

Nikujaga - its ingredients include beef and potato stew seasoned with sweet soy enhancing its tasty aroma and taste.

Takuyaki - a popular street snack formed spherically and stuff with vegetables or meat.

Hayashi rice - it is a delectable dish comprising of thick beef stew and onions in gravy.
